Property Management
Within 24 hours of checkout
- Inspect for damages or obvious missing items
- take picture of any damages
- Set thermostat to low usage (80 summer, 49 winter)
- Remove any trash or food items from home (requested of renter)
- load and run dishwasher (requested of renter)
- Laundry -sheets / towels/dish clothes
- wash comforters periodically or if appears needed
- there is an extra set of each bed sheets in the rooms
- Please hang towels with wash cloths
- sweep/mop/dust/bathrooms,
- Clean out all trashcans and fridge if needed
- Check for dead mice under sink
Staging
- Fresh towels and wash cloths hung in bathrooms
- Beds fresh with pillows arranged.
- Put any moved furniture in correct location
- Pillows on couches and outdoor couches
- Make sure porches and house are free of any items left behind
Supplies
- 2 rolls paper towels – kitchen
- Dishwasher detergent and trash bags – kitchen
- 3 K-cup coffees – kitchen
- Fresh TP roll with 2 extras – each bathroom
- 2 washing pods in dish over W/D
- Replace any light bulbs
