Check-in procedures
- Set thermostats to your preference.
- Downstairs thermostat in hall by master bedroom
- Upstairs thermostat in great room entrance, to the right
- Thermostat passcode is 1234.
- All closets and dressers are ready to store your belongings.
- Please let us know if anything does not meet your satisfaction.

NOTES:
- House Phone: free local and long distance. Please use 911 for emergency.
- Hot Water – Tankless water heater requires pressure. We recommend running shower only when possible.
- We have internet only and smart TVs. Please sign in with your subscription accounts as needed. (Roku password: 7899)
- Trash – outdoor large can on side of house towards shed.
- Loft Beds are on rollers. Pillows are in storage behind headrest.
- Fireplace is seasonal and is currently not connected. Please call if you would like connected.
- Please text if you need to find anything for the house.
- We can provide access to owners closet for additional cleaning supplies.
- Screwdriver, batteries, lighter can be found in kitchen drawer under silverware
Check Out:
- Please remove all trash and put in outside bin. If you are unable to fit all in bin, please let us know.
- Please collect all personal items including food. Absolutely no food or perishables left behind please.
- Please hang any wet items and allow to dry. There is washer and dryer available, but sheets and towels are included in cleaning fee.
- Lock all doors and windows.
- Please let us know of any accidental damages.
- Have a safe trip home and we hope you have enjoyed your stay!
