Natural Mountain Spring Water

Our water is natural spring water from local spring.   Bear Lake below is formed by 13 natural springs. The headwaters of Independence Creek forms on Conley Mountain from natural springs adjacent to property.

We share water system with 3 homes

  • Local 800 gallon Water Cistern is located below Tiny Home.
  • Shallow well Pump under house with pressure tank – can turn off/on at breaker
  • Entire home water and sediment filter – water tested regularly and is pristine.

Hot Water

Tankless Hot Water Header – unlimited electric hot water is located in upstairs bathroom closet.

Troubleshooting:

  • Open bathroom closet, notice tankless heater on left wall
  • Turn on hot water faucet, ensure screen on unit lights up and displays temperature and water pressure.   If set too low, please increase temperature  to your likening but keep below 117 (to avoid overheating, which requires reset)
    • What does water pressure say?  It should be above 1.5 gpm
    • If unit was already set to appropriate temperature with adequate pressure a reset is likely needed.
